This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for returning or exchanging unused, undamaged, or defective dishware items, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all customers. By initiating a return or exchange, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. This means no chips, scratches, stains, or signs of wear and tear—dishware must be in the same condition as when you received it. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, returned items must include all original accessories (if applicable) to be accepted.
You must initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges. To initiate the process, please follow the instructions provided on our website, which will guide you through requesting a return authorization. Returns or exchanges initiated after the 30-day window will be refused, and the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
When returning or exchanging dishware, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
For refunds: After we verify that the item meets our return eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will include the full purchase price of the item, minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account—this timeline varies by bank or credit card provider.
For exchanges: If you wish to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability), please indicate this when initiating your return authorization. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the replacement item has a higher price than the original, you will be charged the difference; if it has a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference to your original payment method. Exchange shipping costs for eligible items will be covered by us, unless the exchange is due to a change in preference (not damage or error).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If you receive a dishware item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please report this within 48 hours of delivery (as outlined in our Shipping Policy). In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs, and you may choose between a full refund or a free replacement. You will need to provide clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, along with the original packaging, to help us process your request efficiently.
Refused or unclaimed packages: If a delivery is refused by you or unclaimed, the package will be returned to us. Once received, we will process a refund for the item(s), minus the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the package to us. If you refuse a package due to damage or error, please contact us first to avoid additional charges.
